How do I set the Time and Date
While on hook (handset down) and from any display phone perform the following:
- Press the TRSF button
- Key in 200
- Enter passcode "1234"
- Press 1
- Press the speaker key
- Key in 505
- You will see on the display screen WMMDDYY:HHMM
set the correct date & time as follows:
W- Day of the week (1=Monday, 4=Thursday)
MM- Month (01=January)
DD- Day of the week (Todays date)
YY- Two digit year
HH- Hour (24 hour clock format or military time)
MM- Minutes
Example:
Monday January 1st 2009 4:30pm = 1010109:1630
- Press TRSF
- You are done!
